Job Description
Our client are seeking a
highly organised, tech-savvy individual
with strong communication and video editing skills to join Myecho Operations Team.
This hybrid role combines
platform administration and content production
, supporting both user operations and the Myecho content creation team.
You will:
- Monitor and manage the Myecho support inbox and user messaging system.
- Moderate user content to ensure compliance with Myecho's Terms of Use and community standards.
- Assist in removing inappropriate content and banning users who violate policies.
- Edit and produce short-form educational videos (e.g., for Myecho platform tutorial, posts, trailers, and learning previews) following creative guidance from our Myecho Content Team.
Key Responsibilities
A. Platform Administration & User Support (40%)
- Monitor the support email and in-app message centre daily; respond to or escalate user issues (e.g., login, verification, content upload).
- Review user verification requests and assist with credential validation (AHPRA/student ID/other professional documents- please note this module is not currently in place).
Perform routine content moderation:
Remove or flag posts that breach Myecho's community rules (e.g., unprofessional, discriminatory, or promotional content).
Identify and report users for suspension or banning based on violation severity.
Record and classify user feedback and issues to assist the product development team.
- Contribute to developing FAQs and auto-reply templates to improve response efficiency.
B. Content Management & Video Editing (60%)
- Edit short-form videos using CapCut, Descript, or similar tools (vertical 9:16/horizontal 16:9 format preferred for Myecho).
- Add subtitles, visual highlights, and intro/outro elements aligned with Myecho brand guidelines.
- Create short "preview clips" or "trailers" from long-form educational content for posting on Myecho or external platforms.
- Collaborate with the Content Team to enhance videos with Myecho's tone and style (e.g., educational yet engaging, professional yet relatable).
- Maintain an organized content library of creator submissions, edited videos, thumbnails, and metadata tags.

Technical Skills
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Descript, Canva, or Adobe Premiere Rush.
- Familiarity with subtitle generation, aspect ratio formatting (especially 9:16), and social-media content optimization.
- Comfortable using team communication tool (Microsoft team)
- Knowledge of screen recording tools and the use of iOS/Android simulator for creating tutorials for Myecho platform
- Advanced understanding of AI-assisted editing tools is an advantage.
Administrative & Communication Skills
- Strong written and verbal English communication.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks across time zones.
- Experience in online moderation, community management, or customer support preferred.
- Attention to detail, particularly regarding user verification and policy enforcement.
Preferred Background
- Experience working in a social-media platform, education technology, or digital-health content environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare or allied-health concepts (bonus, not mandatory).
- Prior remote-work experience in an international or multicultural setting.
