Key Account Manager is in charge of ensuring all operational activities of key accounts in stores, including the development of strategies for recruiting and handling new customers, managing databases, and handling existing customers through telecalls or direct visits; managing customer information services; overseeing online operations; managing consumer development programs; and handling complaints to achieve store profits and sales in accordance with the established targets.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Any Major
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a B2B Sales Manager or Key Account Manager
  • Excellent computer skills, including advanced Excel and MS Office
  • Must have the ability to be aggressive and persistent with sales
  • Excellent Negotiation and Persuasive Selling Skills
  • Placement in all Lotte wholesale stores across Indonesia
