Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out procedures, especially mall fit-outs.
- Willing to work on a mobile basis.
Job Description:
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information related to assigned projects.
- Liaise with landlords to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Assist in preparing project proposals, timelines, schedules, and budgets (BOQ/BOW).
- Monitor and evaluate project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure smooth execution.
- Plan and organize all project-related activities to ensure successful implementation aligned with objectives and targets.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to defined goals.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
