Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth service activities.
- Supervise and train store staff to meet performance and service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and coordinate restocking.
- Execute in-store promotions and campaigns to drive sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and maintain satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit routine reports on sales, stock, and performance.

Job Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years in retail operations, preferably in electronics or automotive.
