Job Overview:​

The Store Supervisor / Manager oversees daily store operations at 70mai Point, including stock management, team supervision, customer service, and promotional activities. The role ensures efficient store performance, excellent customer experience, and achievement of sales targets, especially within the electronics or automotive category.​

Key Responsibilities:​

  • Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth service activities.​
  • Supervise and train store staff to meet performance and service standards.​
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and coordinate restocking.​
  • Execute in-store promotions and campaigns to drive sales.​
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and maintain satisfaction.​
  • Prepare and submit routine reports on sales, stock, and performance.​
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.​

Job Requirements:​

  • Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field.​
  • Experience: 2–4 years in retail operations, preferably in electronics or automotive.​
