Job Description :

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies across all regions.
  • Manage employee and industrial relations, including dispute mediation and engagement with unions and authorities.
  • Oversee grievance procedures and workplace issue resolution, ensuring fairness and compliance.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
  • Provide legal opinions and mitigate risks through sound advice and documentation.
  • Coordinate and manage disputes, investigations, and litigation when require.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture
  • Responsible for employee engagement programe and employee activity (ex: Coprorate Anniversary, Breaking Fasting, Independence Day, etc)
  • Responsible for implementing company's values to employee activity

Job Requirement:

  • Candidate must possess aBachelor's Degree in any field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial relations or employee relations role
  • Thorough understanding of Indonesian labour laws, collective bargaining agreements, and dispute resolution processes
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ciracas, Jakarta Timur
