Job Description :
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies across all regions.
- Manage employee and industrial relations, including dispute mediation and engagement with unions and authorities.
- Oversee grievance procedures and workplace issue resolution, ensuring fairness and compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
- Provide legal opinions and mitigate risks through sound advice and documentation.
- Coordinate and manage disputes, investigations, and litigation when require.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture
- Responsible for employee engagement programe and employee activity (ex: Coprorate Anniversary, Breaking Fasting, Independence Day, etc)
- Responsible for implementing company's values to employee activity
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess aBachelor's Degree in any field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial relations or employee relations role
- Thorough understanding of Indonesian labour laws, collective bargaining agreements, and dispute resolution processes
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ciracas, Jakarta Timur
