Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Officer, located in Gambir. The HR Officer will be responsible for managing HR functions such as developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and creating job descriptions. Additional duties include supporting recruitment processes, maintaining compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR)
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
  • Strong expertise in Employee Relations and interpersonal communication
  • Competence in Job Description Development
  • Knowledge of local labor laws and compliance standards
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus
