Job Qualification
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years in the same field. Strong understanding of TPM, predictive maintenance, and manufacturing systems preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, SAP).
- Having good negotiation skills for purchasing and contract
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Having diligent and disciplined work behaviour
- Company asset maintenance management :
- Idle buildings and immovable assets are in a well-maintained condition
- The physical condition of company assets is recorded periodically
- Speed of handling repairs to company assets that need repair
- Management of company asset security
- Management of leasing and procurement of company assets :
- Renting out company assets in the form of unused buildings and land
- Renting buildings or land from other parties for company interests
- Bidding process and vendor selection for procurement of requested assets from other departments
