Job Description

  • Supervise daily operations of assigned coffee shop outlets to ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, service standards, and product quality.
  • Conduct routine outlet visits to evaluate cleanliness, team performance, customer experience, and operational readiness.
  • Train and onboard new baristas and crew members according to company standards and operational procedures.
  • Assist the Operations Manager in new store openings, including staffing plans, pre-opening training, operational setup, and documentation.
  • Support the implementation of improvement projects such as layout standardization, operational system upgrades, and process optimization.
  • Monitor stock levels of raw materials and operational supplies across outlets, coordinating with related teams to ensure daily readiness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to support revenue growth and enhance customer loyalty.

Qualification

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Leader or at least 1 year of experience as an Operations Supervisor in a coffeeshop or restaurant.
  • Strong understanding of outlet operations, team management, and service quality.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage multiple teams across outlets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Willing to travel for routine outlet visits and new store openings.

Work Schedule: 6 working days per week with 1 day off.
