Tanggung Jawab:
- Mengelola sistem POS (produk, harga, data toko, metode pembayaran) agar operasional harian lancar.
- Mengatur dan mengelola sistem membership (level member, poin, kupon, promo).
- Mendukung pembukaan toko baru & upgrade sistem IT bersama tim teknis.
- Menjadi kontak utama dukungan teknis untuk tim toko, serta membuat panduan operasional.
- Memelihara jaringan, server, dan aset IT kantor.
Requirement
- Have good Mandarin language skills ;
- Have good social and communication skills, coordination and organizational skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to communicate with all parties, and good public relations skills;
- Master Microsoft Office Program and relevant work experience
- Work meticulously and rigorously, have strong stress resistance, high sense of responsibility and confidentiality, and good time management skills;
- Able to work on Saturday or Sunday if needed.
