Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will be part of our People team and support the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple business units. You will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, while building your understanding of recruitment strategies in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

  • Source talent through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.

  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.

  • Support other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:
  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

  • Good communication in English (both verbal & written).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Detail-oriented and well-organized with good time management skills.

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and job portals (Jobstreet, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Able to work from the office (WFO) in Jakarta.

  • Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months.
