We are looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager to oversee facilities, security and customer service. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring the efficiency of processes, and creating a positive work environment. You will meet regularly with upper management to stay up-to-date with organizational changes, issues and improvements. You will help ensure all operations flow smoothly and support the company goals.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily front office operations, facilities, security and customer service to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Monitor process efficiency and productivity; identify and implement improvements.
  • Maintain a positive work environment and provide leadership to front office staff.
  • Collaborate with upper management to stay updated on organizational changes and issues.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve escalated issues promptly.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Assistant Front Office Manager role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software; familiar with Opera/PMS.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and think critically.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
