About the role
PT. Samara Coklat Lestari is seeking an experienced AI Business Integration Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for integrating artificial intelligence (AI) solutions into our business operations, ensuring seamless alignment between technology and strategy. Based in our Yogyakarta office, you will play a crucial part in driving our digital transformation and leveraging AI to enhance business performance.
What you'll be doing
- Analyse business requirements and identify opportunities for AI integration across different departments
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions to automate processes, enhance decision-making, and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, to ensure the successful deployment and integration of AI systems
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI implementations, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
- Develop training materials and provide support to end-users to facilitate the adoption of AI technologies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and data analytics, and identify opportunities to enhance our competitive edge
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong background in AI and data integration
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
