Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow ocean freight business and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, approach, and secure new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular sales visits and presentations to understand client logistics needs and propose customized solutions.
- Prepare quotations, tenders, and pricing proposals for ocean freight services.
- Collaborate closely with internal operations and pricing teams to ensure smooth service execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support business development strategies.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
- Represent LX Pantos professionally in meetings, negotiations, and industry networking events.
Candidate Requirements:
- More than
3 years
of experience in
Sales
functions.
- Minimum
2 years
of direct sales experience in
3PL, logistics, or ocean freight forwarding.
- Proven success in business development, key account management, or client acquisition in the freight industry.
- Strong understanding of international freight forwarding and ocean cargo operations.
- Knowledge of end-to-end logistics processes, including pricing, tendering, and documentation.
- English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High initiative, result-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
