Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Payable/General Cashier located in Yogyakarta. The Account Payable/General Cashier will be responsible for processing and monitoring payments and expenditures, preparing and monitoring the cash flow, reconciling invoices, maintaining the filing system, and ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date. Additionally, the role includes tasks such as verifying and processing employee expense claims, managing petty cash, and assisting with month-end closing procedures.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Accounts Payable, Invoice Reconciliation, and Cash Management
  • Proficiency in Financial Record Keeping and Documentation
  • Attention to detail and Strong Organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience with financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
