Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years in General Affairs, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience liaising with overseas stakeholders is an advantage
- Fluent in Mandarin (oral & written) – mandatory
- Basic procurement, vendor management, and facility management knowledge
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking ability.
- Able to work under pressure and within deadlines.
- Manage office and facility maintenance, repairs, and housekeeping for plant and office areas.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services within budget and timelines.
- Coordinate company events, employee welfare programs, and administrative activities.
- Handle contracts, service agreements, and relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Liaise between local teams and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
- Assist in planning and monitoring GA budget.
- Support facility improvement and workplace efficiency projects.
