Requirements:
- Minimum bachelors degree in electrical engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in related field
- Proven experience in maintenance management within mining or heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of mining and plant equipment (Ballmill, Crusher, Kiln, Furnace, Compressors)
- Demonstrated skills in MRO management
- Proficiency in maintenance software (SAP, PRONTO, QlikView, Optimum, etc)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement asset management standard process across sites by providing maintenance spare management standard, training, audits, analysis and improvement program to support site asset maintenance and operation
- Collaborate with Site Operations team in term of all equipment purchases based on guiding principles for equipment selection by standardizing of equipment
- Coordinate, and enhance the implementation of routine management processes within maintenance areas
- Identify improvement requirement per site to ensure maintenance business process, Electrical system and role holder capacity compliance
- Ensure that all significant electrical equipment damages related to maintenance issues are thoroughly investigated and documented as references for continuous improvement, and that the findings are shared across all
