Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Build and execute employer branding initiatives.
  • Design and execute culture & engagement programs to foster collaboration and motivation.
  • Manage internal communications and organize company events (townhall, sharing sessions, small gatherings).
  • Support talent development including probation review, engagement surveys, and L&D coordination.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports (attrition, recruitment pipeline, engagement index) to provide insights for people strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Communication.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment, engagement, and people development.
  • Proven ability to manage HR projects and internal events with attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills to handle HR data and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work across teams.
  • Passionate about building employee experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
