Luna Star is a fast-growing fashion brand in trendy jewelry and accessories, serving Southeast Asian customers. It has 2 physical stores in South Jakarta one in Gandaria City and another one in Plaza Blok M. Luna Star also starts online business on Shopee and Tiktok.

We are looking for a passionate, results-driven Store Manager to lead the 2 offline stores and to invlove in our future expend strategy.

What You'll Do:
1. Data-Driven Performance Management & Strategic Planning:

  • Analyze Performance Metrics: Regularly monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales per square foot, average transaction value, conversion rates, affliate purchase, inventory turnover, labor costs, shrinkage, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Identify Trends & Opportunities: Proactively identify sales trends, operational inefficiencies, and areas for improvement through data analysis.
  • Develop Actionable Strategies: Translate data insights into clear, actionable strategies and operational plans to achieve sales targets, reduce costs, and enhance profitability.
  • Forecasting & Budgeting: Contribute to sales forecasting and budget planning by providing data-backed insights on store performance and resource needs.
  • Reporting: Generate and present regular performance reports to upper management, highlighting key findings, progress against goals, and proposed adjustments.

2. Results-Driven Operations & Efficiency:

  • Sales & Profitability: Drive the achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies, merchandising, and operational execution.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee accurate inventory control, including receiving, merchandising, cycle counting, and loss prevention strategies, utilizing inventory data to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Merchandising Excellence: Ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently met, using sales data and customer feedback to optimize product placement and promotional displays.
  • Operational Compliance: Guarantee adherence to all company policies, procedures, and legal regulations, including health & safety, security, and cash handling.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance the overall customer journey.
  • Customer Experience: Implement and monitor strategies to ensure a consistently positive and memorable customer experience, using customer feedback and satisfaction data to drive improvements.

3. Team Leadership & Development:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Actively participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new store associates, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
  • Performance Management: Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, conduct performance reviews, and implement coaching plans to develop individual and team capabilities.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing training programs (product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, operational procedures) to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Motivation & Engagement: Foster a positive and motivating work environment, recognize achievements, and implement initiatives to boost team morale and reduce turnover.
  • Scheduling & Resource Allocation: Optimize staffing levels and create efficient schedules based on sales forecasts, foot traffic data, and operational needs to maximize productivity and customer service.
  • Conflict Resolution: Effectively address and resolve employee conflicts and customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management preferred in fashion industry, with a strong emphasis on operations and team leadership.

  • Data Analysis & Interpretation: Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and interpret sales, operational, and customer data to make informed decisions. Proficiency in using retail POS systems, inventory management software, and reporting tools.
  • Results Orientation: A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales and operational targets.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans based on data-driven insights.
  • Exceptional Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team to achieve peak performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex data in an understandable way to various stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Especially Excel for data manipulation and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Age: 25-35
  • Education background with D3 or above majored in Business, Marketing, Intentional Trade, Hospitality, Finance.
  • Language skills: Good in listening, written, and oral English.
