Job Description- Handle material planning based on sales forecasts and production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Prepare procurement plans aligned with production demand.
- Coordinate with production and marketing to ensure smooth operations.

- Analyze capacity and resource requirements for adjustments.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering if preferable.
- 10 years min. experience in PPIC and Warehouse, and 3 years in managerial level in manufacturing.
- Excellent proven knowledge excel (including pivot tables).
- Detailed and accurate in work, have strong understanding in inventory management and demand management.
- Have good skills in analyzing, planning, negotiating, and solving problems as well as being PROACTIVE in operations to achieve company targets.
- Good leadership, strong coordination, sense of belonging, high concern (in business and operational) and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities- Develop, monitor, and control production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, warehouse, and sales teams to align material availability with production needs.
- Analyze inventory levels, lead times, and demand forecasts to optimize stock levels and reduce excess inventory.
- Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and finished goods inventory to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Prepare regular production and inventory reports for management review.
- Identify bottlenecks or potential issues in production planning and propose corrective actions
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2–3 years or more) in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
