Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and business objectives.
  • Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to meet manpower needs across outlets and head office.
  • Manage HR administration including employment contracts, attendance, payroll, BPJS, and employee data.
  • Design and execute employee training and development programs to improve skills and performance.
  • Oversee performance review processes, KPI management, and periodic employee evaluations.
  • Develop and enforce company policies on discipline, ethics, and labor relations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and employee welfare programs.
  • Foster effective communication between management and employees to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Provide HR reports and analytics (turnover, attendance, productivity, etc.) to management for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a managerial position (preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality).
  • Strong understanding of labor law, BPJS regulations, and industrial relations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
