Marketing Communication and Event Manager
We are seeking a dynamic marketing communication and event specialist to drive brand exposure, create compelling content, and orchestrate engaging experiences.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to strengthen the company’s brand image and visibility.
- Create promotional and communication materials, including brochures, newsletters, press releases, social media content, and other digital assets.
- Plan, organize, and execute company events such as exhibitions, product launches, seminars, gatherings, and promotional activities from start to finish.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (vendors, media, sponsors) to ensure smooth event execution.
- Ensure all communication activities align with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events; provide regular performance reports and insights.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and strategic partners.
- Support internal and external communication initiatives across departments when needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing communication and/or event management.
- Strong creative and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent project and event management abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and digital tools for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Basic skills in graphic design and/or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut) are a plus.
- Having a strong network with media and event vendors is an advantage.
