Job Description:
Design and implement visual merchandising strategies across all stores to ensure product displays align with brand identity and attract customers.
Supervise and coordinate visual merchandising teams across store locations to maintain consistent visual standards.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to develop innovative and effective display concepts.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal displays.
Create and maintain visual merchandising guidelines/manuals and ensure their proper execution in all retail areas.
Manage visual merchandising budgets and resources effectively to achieve business objectives.
Evaluate display performance and analyze its impact on sales growth and customer experience.
Train and develop the VM team's creative and technical skills to stay updated with design and retail trends.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Interior Design, Retail Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong sense of creativity, aesthetics, and commercial awareness with the ability to interpret brand identity and target audience preferences.
• Proficient in design software (CorelDraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and managerial skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple store locations.
• Up-to-date knowledge of fashion and retail trends, with the ability to translate concepts into impactful visual displays.
• Willing to travel to store branches as needed.
