Job Description:

  • Design and implement visual merchandising strategies across all stores to ensure product displays align with brand identity and attract customers.

  • Supervise and coordinate visual merchandising teams across store locations to maintain consistent visual standards.

  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies to develop innovative and effective display concepts.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal displays.

  • Create and maintain visual merchandising guidelines/manuals and ensure their proper execution in all retail areas.

  • Manage visual merchandising budgets and resources effectively to achieve business objectives.

  • Evaluate display performance and analyze its impact on sales growth and customer experience.

  • Train and develop the VM team's creative and technical skills to stay updated with design and retail trends.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Interior Design, Retail Management, or related field.


• Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.


• Strong sense of creativity, aesthetics, and commercial awareness with the ability to interpret brand identity and target audience preferences.


• Proficient in design software (CorelDraw, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, etc.).


• Excellent leadership and managerial skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple store locations.


• Up-to-date knowledge of fashion and retail trends, with the ability to translate concepts into impactful visual displays.


• Willing to travel to store branches as needed.
