Responsibilites:
- Act as an expertise and leadership towards assembly process which includes daily production plan/target, execution methods, safety, product quality, and manpower management.
- Optimizing production process through continuous improvement methods
- Maintaining high quality standards through on-thefloor control to ensure quality and accuracy in each step of the production process include target deadline.
- Working closely with internal groups and departments on addressing problems and make sure production objective are met
- Managing people (supervisors/group leader/operator) in daily direction including coaching, motivating, feedback and addressing performance issues as necessary.
- Maintaining and promoting a safe work environment by ensuring employees are following safety protocols consistent with company policies and procedures
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years of extensive experience in Purchasing dept. shoe Industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience (for superintendent) shoe industry. Max 45 y.o
- Fluent in English
