Job Description :
This is an on-site contract role as a Mandarin Speaker Agent located in Semarang. As Agent you will be responsible for :
- Handling customer's complain and give information by Voice / Digital
- Make reports on customer complaints and follow-up actions to solve the problem
Qualifications :
- Indonesian that Active and has a good communication in Mandarin
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Educational Background Min D3 all literature (Mandarin Study Graduated is preffered), GPA min 2.75
- Fast Typing Skill and Multitasking
- Proficient in Mandarin at HSK 3 level
- CSAT oriented
- Target oriented, analytical thinking, and problem solving skill
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
- Able to communicate effectively to all internal and external customers through written and verbal communication
- Ready to work on shifting
- Willing to be placed in Semarang
