JOB FUNCTION / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Summary

  • Responsible for achieving short term and long term business goals for embecta product portfolio.
  • Manage different channels on hospitals, retails, B2B by using different product portfolio to maximize business profit.
  • Collaborate with distributors to ensure the alignment on business goals and strategic direction.
  • To drive business growth and profitability

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver financial objectives.
  • Responsible for market assessment and analysis to determine market potential, size and growth for embecta products.
  • Conduct ongoing marketing plan and programs to support business success.
  • Responsible for KOL engagement program.
  • Determine pricing strategies to achieve standard gross profit objectives.
  • Develop the Annual Operating Plan and Long Range strategic marketing plan that is aligned with embecta South East Asia strategy.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure the strong support on SCM, FIN, RA/Medical, GA.
  • Coach the team and develop talents.
  • Execute the duties of a Chief Representative of our Indonesia Representative Office.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Science or equivalent, MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 8 years sales and marketing managerial experience in Medical Device Business or related industry (Pharmaceutical).
  • Has had experience of managing a portfolio of products at a National level.
  • Should have handled large National distributors.
  • Candidate has working experience in Diabetes Management categories and/or insulin/BGM company preferred
  • Have a strong understanding of both Sales & Marketing.
  • Has had experience in creating and executing growth plans.
  • Understands the Indonesia diabetes care market.
  • Possess a hungry mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong business acumen and result-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel.
