JOB FUNCTION / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Position Summary
- Responsible for achieving short term and long term business goals for embecta product portfolio.
- Manage different channels on hospitals, retails, B2B by using different product portfolio to maximize business profit.
- Collaborate with distributors to ensure the alignment on business goals and strategic direction.
- To drive business growth and profitability
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver financial objectives.
- Responsible for market assessment and analysis to determine market potential, size and growth for embecta products.
- Conduct ongoing marketing plan and programs to support business success.
- Responsible for KOL engagement program.
- Determine pricing strategies to achieve standard gross profit objectives.
- Develop the Annual Operating Plan and Long Range strategic marketing plan that is aligned with embecta South East Asia strategy.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure the strong support on SCM, FIN, RA/Medical, GA.
- Coach the team and develop talents.
- Execute the duties of a Chief Representative of our Indonesia Representative Office.

Qualifications
- Degree in Science or equivalent, MBA is a plus
- Minimum 8 years sales and marketing managerial experience in Medical Device Business or related industry (Pharmaceutical).
- Has had experience of managing a portfolio of products at a National level.
- Should have handled large National distributors.
- Candidate has working experience in Diabetes Management categories and/or insulin/BGM company preferred
- Have a strong understanding of both Sales & Marketing.
- Has had experience in creating and executing growth plans.
- Understands the Indonesia diabetes care market.
- Possess a hungry mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Strong business acumen and result-oriented.
- Willingness to travel.
