About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Construction Quality Control professional to join our team at NEXA UNIVERSE DEVELOPMENT BALI' in beautiful Bali. As a Construction Quality Control specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety throughout our construction projects. This is a full-time position based in Bali.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing comprehensive quality control plans and procedures
- Conducting regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
- Analysing construction materials, processes, and documentation to identify and resolve quality issues
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
- Preparing detailed quality control reports and maintaining accurate records
- Providing training and guidance to construction teams to promote a strong quality culture
- Staying up-to-date with the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices in construction quality control
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Construction Quality Control or Quality Assurance role
- Thorough understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality control principles
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve quality issues
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in using quality control tools and software (e.g., inspection checklists, project management software)
