About the Role

We are looking for an experienced
Head of Customer Success Manager
to support our premium corporate clients in the
Data Center industry
. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring service excellence, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and identifying upsell opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum
    7 years of experience
    in customer service, account management, or service delivery within the
    data center industry
    .
  • Proven track record in managing premium clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Strong background in
    incident/change management
    ; ITIL V3 Foundation certification preferred.
  • Solid understanding of
    data center products and services
    .
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality operations and service management for premium accounts.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships of trust and integrity with customers.
  • Manage post-sales activities including billing, SLA reporting, and incident communication.
  • Handle incident escalations and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution.
  • Monitor
    customer health
    across the journey and take data-driven actions to improve loyalty.
  • Advocate for customer needs while educating them on new features and services.
  • Partner with the sales team to champion customer retention and upsell opportunities.
