About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Head of Customer Success Manager
to support our premium corporate clients in the
Data Center industry
. You will act as a trusted partner, ensuring service excellence, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum
7 years of experience
in customer service, account management, or service delivery within the
data center industry
. - Proven track record in managing premium clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Strong background in
incident/change management
; ITIL V3 Foundation certification preferred. - Solid understanding of
data center products and services
. - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem solving.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality operations and service management for premium accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships of trust and integrity with customers.
- Manage post-sales activities including billing, SLA reporting, and incident communication.
- Handle incident escalations and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution.
- Monitor
customer health
across the journey and take data-driven actions to improve loyalty. - Advocate for customer needs while educating them on new features and services.
- Partner with the sales team to champion customer retention and upsell opportunities.
