Key Responsibilities:
Maintain, monitor, and support company systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and uptime.
Manage end-to-end IT onboarding for new employees, including device configuration, software installation, and access provisioning.
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Develop and maintain scripts, small programs, or workflow automations (e.g., in Lark AnyCross) to streamline IT operations.
Build and support integrations using APIs, JSON, and webhooks to connect internal and external systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows and improve user experience.
Deliver general IT and programming support as required across the organization.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT incidents, service requests, and automation issues.
Provide training and guidance to employees on software, tools, and IT best practices.
Document IT procedures, automation logic, and maintain user guides and knowledge base articles.
Core Technical Requirements (Must-Have):
Experience with Lark AnyCross (or similar automation tools) – building workflows, handling webhook triggers, managing expressions, and JSON bodies.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for custom functions and extending workflows.
Basic knowledge of REST APIs (methods, headers, authentication, error handling).
Strong data handling skills (parsing JSON, working with arrays/objects, transforming data).
Solid problem-solving/debugging ability across systems and integrations.

Web/Backend Foundations (Good to Have):
1. or Python – ability to build lightweight backend services.
SQL/database familiarity – querying and managing relational data.
Web fundamentals – HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics for internal tools.
Git/GitHub or GitLab – version control for scripts and projects.Understanding of cloud services (AWS Lambda, GCP Functions, Vercel, Netlify) for simple deployments.
Other Requirements:
Prior experience in IT support/helpdesk roles.
Problem-solving skills to ensure smooth IT operations across the company.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
