Job Description

  • Support the implementation of the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) in FSQ.
  • Support manufacturing teams understand and align with the KHMS standards, tools, and frameworks.
  • Assist site teams in translating KHMS guidelines into daily operational practices.
  • Support the implementation and documentation of Golden Rules in FSQ.
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality system execution and documentation practices.
  • Improve document control management in FSQ and Factories.
  • Support the rollout of digital tools, process updates, or initiatives related to FSQ.
  • Collect and verify supporting evidence of implemented KHMS activities or quality initiatives.
  • Ensure documentation and validation of compliance with internal standards and external audit expectations.
  • Analyze quality performance data and identify trends or gaps in system implementation.
  • Support clear, concise reports and visualizations using Excel to track progress and highlight risks.
  • Support SI Manager and work closely with Manufacturing across all sites to drive alignment and integration.
