- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets for ERP software licenses, subscription services, and implementation/consulting fees.
- Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new client prospects through networking, cold calls, and utilizing market intelligence in the ERP space.
- Strategically grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities to sell additional ERP modules, upgrades, or related services (e.g., Cloud migration, Business Intelligence tools).
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal development, delivering convincing product presentations (with Pre-Sales support), contract negotiation, and closing deals.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline records in the CRM system and provide reliable monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts to management.
- Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships, particularly with C-level executives and key decision-makers (CIOs, CFOs) within client organizations.
- Conduct deep-dive business analysis to understand client processes, critical pain points, and strategic goals, positioning the ERP solution as the ultimate business driver.
- Act as the primary escalation point for commercial and high-level issues, coordinating with internal teams (Project Management, Technical Support) to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Develop and execute detailed Key Account Plans outlining strategies for long-term account growth, competitive defense, and client retention.
- Monitor client satisfaction post-implementation, ensuring the ERP system delivers the expected business value and Return on Investment (ROI).
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Industry ExperienceMinimum of 3-5 years of proven sales or account management experience, specifically within the Enterprise Software (ERP, CRM, or related B2B solutions) industry.
- Technical KnowledgeSolid understanding of ERP concepts, modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing), and the general implementation lifecycle. Experience with a major ERP system (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is highly preferred.
- Track RecordDemonstrated history of successfully meeting or exceeding demanding sales quotas and managing large, complex enterprise accounts.
