Requirements:

·       Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Suply Chain Management, Transportation Management or Logistics

·       FLUENT IN MANDARIN IS A MUST (spoken and written), english is a Plus;

·       At least 1 year(s) of working as an EXIM staff member in a manufacturing or Logistics company;

·       Strong understanding of import and export regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements

·       Proficient in ERP or SCM software, Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Sheet, Google Doc.;

·       Preferably well-organized, strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with good interpersonal skill;

·       Creative, high initiative, detail, strong problem-solving skills, able to work in fast-paced, Able to prioritize work, manage time efficiently, multi-faceted structured environment, Independent also able work as a team;

·       Have strong active learning ability, Willing to travel for business purposes when required;

·       Work place: Jakarta Selatan

Responsible :

·       Handling the delivery of imported goods and submission of Import Quota & SNI goods

·       Ensuring the conformity of documents with Import orders & completeness of import documents

·       Follow up with PLB regarding the arrival and withdrawal of goods

·       Submission of inspection and submission of BC 2.8

·       Checking the completeness of payment documents & making payment submissions

·       Making payment schedules & factory production schedules

·       Handle account payable

·       Create weekly stock reports & others

·       Perform administrative works and other duties as assigned by Manager/Owner;

·       Keep high confidentiality of all company data/ information, as part of Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

·       Coordinating and processing import and export documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, and shipping manifests

·       Liaising with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely clearance of goods

·       Monitoring shipment status and providing updates to internal and external clients

·       Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies that arise during the import/export process

·       Maintaining accurate records and data related to the company's import and export activities

Supporting the implementation of new processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of the company's logistics operations
