Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web and mobile products, ensuring a seamless, intuitive, and user-centric experience from concept to launch
- Establish, evolve, and maintain a robust design system and visual guidelines to ensure brand consistency and design efficiency across all digital platforms
- Act as a key liaison between cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders, to translate business goals and user insights into effective design solutions
- Oversee and conduct comprehensive user research and usability testing to gather actionable feedback, driving data-informed design iterations and improvements
- Provide strong mentorship and technical guidance to the UI/UX design team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous professional development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science or a related technical field
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital product design for web and mobile platforms. A minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 1 year in a leadership or senior role
- Expert-level mastery of industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
- Deep understanding and practical application of human-centered design principles, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and agile development methodologies
- A strong, well-curated portfolio showcasing impactful design work, with a particular emphasis on projects within the healthcare or health-tech sector
