Role Description
We're looking for a
Event & Activation Executive
to join team.
In this role, you'll help
plan and execute exciting events
from start to finish, from brainstorming creative concepts to post-event evaluation. You'll work closely with the manager to manage timelines, budgets, and partnerships with vendors, event organizers, and media partners. You'll also create event materials like themes, rundowns, MC scripts, and visual content to bring each event to life.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any major ;
2-4 years of experience working in event management or with an event organizer (EO);
Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams;
Having an event portfolio is a plus
Willing to work on-site at our Bandung office.
