Job Description:

  • Acquiring, maintaining, growing, and deepening relationship with exisitng and prospective priority customers.
  • Identifying the financial or investment needs and objectives of such customer or prospective customers.
  • Introducing alternative suitable banking products to meet the needs and objectives.
  • providing customers with professional advice.
  • Providing premium customer service.
  • Become a Financial Advisor for Priority customers.
  • Achieve business targets according to the KPIs set.
  • Submit reports on the development of customer funds.
  • Responsible for priority center managers or authorized bank officials in accordance with existing regulations and policies.

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree.
  • Min. 2 years experience as Relationship Manager, preferably those who have handled priority customers.
  • Good knowledge of banking funding/wealth management products and services.
  • Well developed interpersonal, relationship and communication skills.
  • Good at selling/influencing.
  • Certified on BSMR, AASI, WAPERD and WM1.
