Job Description:
- Acquiring, maintaining, growing, and deepening relationship with exisitng and prospective priority customers.
- Identifying the financial or investment needs and objectives of such customer or prospective customers.
- Introducing alternative suitable banking products to meet the needs and objectives.
- providing customers with professional advice.
- Providing premium customer service.
- Become a Financial Advisor for Priority customers.
- Achieve business targets according to the KPIs set.
- Submit reports on the development of customer funds.
- Responsible for priority center managers or authorized bank officials in accordance with existing regulations and policies.
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree.
- Min. 2 years experience as Relationship Manager, preferably those who have handled priority customers.
- Good knowledge of banking funding/wealth management products and services.
- Well developed interpersonal, relationship and communication skills.
- Good at selling/influencing.
- Certified on BSMR, AASI, WAPERD and WM1.
