PT. Bhakti Idola Tama is a marketing and distribution company located in Indonesia that mainly  trades with home appliance goods under the brand Miyako, Shimizu and Rinnai as their sole distributor to local wholesale partners as the primary target customers. We have many branches and warehouses spanning across Indonesia with over 20 locations and we are planning on further expansions in the future.

We are looking for a DevSecOps Specialist to take part in managing and securing scalable cloud infrastructure, developing automated CI/CD pipelines, and implementing security best practices throughout the entire development and deployment lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a DevSecOps or similar role.
  • Proficient with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and secure network design.
  • Skilled in CI/CD automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub) to automate tasks.
  • Expertise in containerization (Docker) and infrastructure orchestration (Kubernetes).
  • Experienced with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring/logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
  • Able to implement security best practices for both cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and technical documentation skills.
  • Relevant cloud certifications are a plus.

Job Descriptions:

  • Manage and secure scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP using Terraform and Kubernetes.
  • Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable code deployments.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Establish robust monitoring, logging, and incident response plans to ensure system reliability.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate security standards and practices.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, processes, and security protocols.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members to foster continuous improvement.
