We are looking for a technical Product Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary technical contact for diagnosing and resolving complex software issues for our clients. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in software troubleshooting, a foundational knowledge of Java, and strong skills in SQL and database management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical support, product support, or a similar software troubleshooting role.
  • Basic proficiency in the Java programming language (ability to read, understand, and debug code).
  • Strong knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
  • Proficient in writing and executing SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
