Job Description:
- Design and produce multimedia content, including static visuals, motion graphics, photos, and videos.
- Manage the end-to-end video production process: create storyboards, coordinate shooting (if required), edit, color grade, and deliver final output.
- Ensure all eliverables are completed on time, at high quality, and optimized for various formats.
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in multimedia, design, and video editing.
- Provide mentoring and technical feedback to junior/mid-level creatives to improve skills and output quality.
- Initiate exploration of visual styles, storytelling approaches, and innovative content formats relevant to the target audience.
- Participate in evaluating content performance with related teams to provide insights for visual improvement.
- Collaborate in campaign planning stages, contributing creative visual ideas and execution.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure all multimedia output aligns with briefs.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in multimedia design, basic motion graphics, photo, and video editing.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, basic motion graphics, photography, and video production.
- Proficiency in design and editing software: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of design fundamentals, typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
