Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Operations Specialist, based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area. The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting the sales team by managing sales operations, analyzing sales data, and improving sales processes. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient and effective sales operations to drive revenue growth.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
  • Communication and Customer Service: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Sales and Sales Operations: Experience in sales and proficiency in managing and optimizing sales operations
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in the digital infrastructure or technology industry is a plus
