Strategy & Planning - Working closely with brand managers, media buying and copywriting teams to work out the campaign strategy and brief to hit business objectives of all Evo Commerce brands and products
Research & Validation (5%) - Look into other brands that have done similar campaigns and find inspirations to how they do the campaigns. This gives indication to how you want to build the designs.
Graphic Design, UI/UX & Motion Graphics (90%) - Developing high-quality creative concepts, simple motion graphics and videos, and layouts in line with overall brand and campaign requirements, both for print and digital media. This spans across multiple social media platforms, website optimisation (UI/UX) offline creatives and collaterals in multiple markets.
Video Editing - Basic video editing skills with cap cut and other video editor tools
Product team support (10%) - Creating product and packaging design for new products or localising products in various different markets. This role will work closely with product managers and scientists to make sure that the right messaging and brand voice is created.
Job Requirements
- A degree, work experience or a strong portfolio in graphic design
- 2-3 years of experience building up creatives and collaterals.
- Design experience in consumer goods with beauty/lifestyle brands is a plus.
- Creative in nature, generating ideas, concepts and solutions
- Have good communication skills (English), both written and verbal
- Be truly collaborative, able to work with other creatives, brainstorming and sharing ideas (physical or with remote teams) – you should be able to work independently should the project require
- Thrives and innovates under challenging deadlines, especially in a startup environment.
- High proficiency in Adobe creative suite and Canva
