Position Title : GA Supervisor

Job Summary :
To supervise and manage the company's general affairs activities, including facility management, asset and inventory control, procurement, logistics, transportation (drivers), and office services. This role ensures efficient GA operations, cost effectiveness, and a safe, well-maintained working environment that supports overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities :Facility & Office Management
Supervise maintenance of office buildings, utilities, and equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of work facilities.
Manage renovation or relocation projects when required.
Asset & Inventory Control
Oversee company asset management (furniture, IT equipment, vehicles, etc.).
- Monitor inventory usage and ensure accurate asset records.
Implement periodic asset audits and submit reports.
Procurement & Vendor Management
Coordinate procurement of goods and services in accordance with company procedures.
- Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and contracts.
Monitor vendor service performance and compliance.
Logistic & Transportaion Management
Supervise company drivers, vehicle scheduling, and transportation requests.
- Ensure drivers comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Monitor vehicle usage, fuel efficiency, and maintenance schedules.
Prepare reports related to transport costs, mileage, and vehicle condition.
General Services
Oversee logistics for meetings, business travel, and company events.
- Ensure availability of office supplies and support services.
Supervise office support staff (drivers, office boys, messengers).
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and environment standards.
- Coordinate security services, safety drills, and emergency preparedness.
Liaise with external parties (security providers, building management, authorities).
Supervision & Coordination
Supervise GA staff including drivers and support staff.
- Provide training and coaching to GA team members.
- Collaborate with other departments for GA support needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in General Affairs, with at least 1–2 years in supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of asset management, facility management, and transportation.
- Experience supervising drivers and office support staff.
- Good knowledge of vendor management and contract negotiation.
- Familiarity with HSE and vehicle maintenance processes.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English proficiency is an advantage.
