Qualifications :
- Minimum education of Associate's (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics, with prior experience as a supervisor being highly preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) – MANDATORY.
- Proficient in warehouse management processes: inbound, outbound, inventory, and stock opname (stock-taking).
- Familiarity with operating a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plus.
- Proficient in using computers, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.
Responsibilities :
- Supervise and manage all daily warehouse operations (receiving, storing, releasing, and shipping of goods).
- Ensure stock accuracy and control the movement of goods.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team and related departments to ensure smooth distribution processes.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warehouse activities.
- Ensure all warehouse SOPs are properly followed by all staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and security of the warehouse area.
- Act as a communication bridge between management and warehouse staff, including communicating with Mandarin-speaking parties (e.g., vendors, principals, or supervisors from China).
- Conduct regular training and briefings for the warehouse team.
