The HR Business Partner will play a critical role in supporting the HR team and business leaders in all aspects of human resources management. This role will involve partnering closely with various departments to provide HR support, guidance, and solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business partnering: You will be a coach and consultant to your responsible Business team leaders, driving aligned HR objectives closely through bringing best in class HR products and strategies. You have depths of knowledge to your supporting business teams, structure and personnels. You also have high visibility and a trusted partner for HR advisory and execution
  • New business initiatives: Closely collaborate to plan and drive "0 to 1" business projects including merger and acquisitions, joint ventures and new regions set up from HR perspective.
  • Performance Management: Drive a high performance culture and winning teams, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
  • Training and Development: You help train and groom world class global leaders at A&I. Collaborate with Talent development team to support employee training and development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities across the organization.
  • Employee Engagement: Be a strong contributor to help A&I build a global winning culture through our MVVs (Mission, vision and values). Execute MVVs with localised flavours and relevancy to global teams. Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements, and assist in the development and implementation of new policies as needed.
  • Employee Relations: Assist in managing employee relations issues by providing guidance, counselling, and support to managers and employees.
  • HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
  • Talent Acquisition & Organisational design: Co-review and align Organisational structure and design including headcount management. You partner closely with business Finance teams and understand the personnel cost structure well. Able to make sound judgement call in personnel resource management and able to make trade-off decisions when necessary and manage stakeholders' expectations. You drive and support the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers and TA team to identify staffing needs and participating in the selection process.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in HR or related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to travel up to 50% of your time to support relevant business initiatives
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Regional knowledge and experience in Middle east region a strong plus
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to speak multi languages including Mandarin desired
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
