We are looking for a Finance Solution Excellence Analyst to join our dedicated team. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in process improvement , automation , and AI-driven solutions .
The role requires technical expertise in Python, SQL, or low-code platforms (e.g., UiPath, KNIME, Workato), combined with a strong background in business process design.
You will play a crucial part in supporting daily process improvement projects, collaborating across the organization with Finance Shared Services Center, Global Process Owners, and Group Technology Services. You will report directly to the Manager, Finance Solutions Excellence.
Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of scalable automation solutions.
- Architect and deploy scripts or queries for data wrangling and complex reconciliation.
- Serve as the subject matter expert to analyze and redesign manual finance processes.
- Contribute to strategic AI and analytics plans by developing functional prototypes.
- Manage small projects and workstreams autonomously.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Finance).
- 2+ years of hands‑on experience in process automation, data engineering, or a technical role.
- Strong foundation in Python, SQL, Google AppScript, or low‑code/RPA platforms (UiPath, KNIME, Workato).
- Familiarity with major cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and exposure to GenAI/ML concepts.
- Proven ability to analyze and improve complex business processes, with project management exposure and cross‑team collaboration.
