This position will turn ideas into visuals that breathe life into brands. Working hand-in-hand with brands and cross functional teams to craft visuals that make branding a way of life.
What you'll do:
- Develop visual concepts based on creative brief. Translate insights and ideas into clear, intentional, and brand-driven visuals.
- Strong understanding of brand identity & design structure. You know how grids, hierarchy, spacing, typography, and color systems work and you design with purpose, not decoration.
- Collaborate across creative, strategy, and account teams. Work with clarity and professionalism. Listen, discuss, refine. No ego, just ownership.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques. Bring fresh references and new approaches that elevate our visual craft.
- Ensure consistent quality control across all outputs. Clean layout, accurate color, precise type, balanced composition, and organized files, details are non-negotiable.
- Strong timeline & deadline awareness. Manage priorities well and deliver precise, high-quality work on schedule.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design or related creative roles.
- Proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator, understanding 3D and motion is a plus
- Strong conceptual thinking and visual storytelling abilities.
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving mindset.
- Open to feedback, eager to learn and adapt.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
