About the role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at PT. DHARMAWAN TECHNOLOGIES' in West Jakarta. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify and qualify new sales leads through various prospecting methods
- Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to effectively showcase our products and services
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales transactions to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the company's CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and new product developments
- Sales and specification of Dharmawan Technologies and lighting design Consultancy through architect, interior designer, and ME Contractors
- Find, manage and coordinate projects and opportunity
- Management of sales in pipeline (G-sheet), execution of sales plan
- Participate in event / exhibitions to promote Dharmawan
- Build report and establish long term relationship with customer
What we're looking for
- Minimum University Degree, all majors
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project sales , preferably in lighting, electrical, furniture, interior or building material
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and achieving sales goals
- Highly motivated and driven to succeed, with a competitive spirit and a passion for sales
- Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools to manage customer data and sales activities
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome objections
- Strong presentation, negotiation skills and persuade, strong in sales activity ( canvasing, meeting )
- Having good relationship and networking with Architect, Interior Designer and ME Contractors
