About the Role
Managing the relationship between employers, employees, and unions to ensure a positive and compliant workplace
Responsibilities
- Dispute resolution:
Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disputes between employees and management, sometimes involving unions. - Legal compliance:
Ensuring the company adheres to all labor laws and regulations by advising management and updating policies accordingly. - Policy and contract management:
Developing, implementing, and updating company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and employee contracts. - Union and government liaison:
Managing communication with labor unions and government regulators, and preparing required reports. - Employee relations:
Conducting investigations into workplace issues and managing disciplinary actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Industrial Relations, Human Capital, or any related studies
- 3 Years Experiences in Industrial Relations
- Deep understanding on Indonesia's Manpower Act
- Willing to be located in any operational site with high mobility
