About the Role

Managing the relationship between employers, employees, and unions to ensure a positive and compliant workplace

Responsibilities

  • Dispute resolution:
    Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disputes between employees and management, sometimes involving unions.
  • Legal compliance:
    Ensuring the company adheres to all labor laws and regulations by advising management and updating policies accordingly.
  • Policy and contract management:
    Developing, implementing, and updating company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and employee contracts.
  • Union and government liaison:
    Managing communication with labor unions and government regulators, and preparing required reports.
  • Employee relations:
    Conducting investigations into workplace issues and managing disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Law, Industrial Relations, Human Capital, or any related studies
  • 3 Years Experiences in Industrial Relations
  • Deep understanding on Indonesia's Manpower Act
  • Willing to be located in any operational site with high mobility
