Our client is the world's leading electric two-wheeler brand, now looking for a high caliber for the following position:

Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the development of product positioning, selling point refinement, and pricing strategies.
  • Develop a comprehensive product value proposition, ensuring consistency between brand strategy and product messaging.
  • Develop and drive new product launch (Go-to-Market) strategies, including pricing, distribution channels, communications, and promotional strategies.
  • Integrate product value propositions into the company's overall marketing activities to improve conversion rates.
  • Plan the marketing cadence throughout the product lifecycle to ensure growth targets are achieved at each stage.
  • Coordinate cross-channel integrated marketing (online advertising, social media, KOLs, public relations, offline events, and channel promotions).
  • Ensure the balance and synergy between brand marketing (long-term image) and product marketing (short-term sales conversion).
  • Work closely with product, sales, brand, public relations, and channel teams to drive strategy implementation.
  • Manage and integrate external resources (agents, media, event management companies, etc.) to improve execution efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor products, and marketing initiatives; collect and analyze target markets, competitors, and user needs to identify product differentiation points; regularly produce market and product analysis reports to support management's decision-making.
  • Develop and optimize product sales toolkits (brochures, comparison guides, training materials, and case studies); train and support the sales team to enhance the presentation and conversion of product selling points.
  • Continuously collect user feedback, analyze campaigns and product performance based on marketing data, propose improvement plans, and iterate product selling points and application scenarios.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • At least two years of experience in product marketing/integrated marketing, familiar with GTM processes.
  • Demonstrated market research and data analysis skills, capable of independently conducting product and competitive research.
  • Excellent cross-departmental communication and project management skills, capable of facilitating multi-team collaboration.
  • Demonstrated clear logic and expertise in identifying and translating selling points into user language.
  • Experience with the electric vehicle, consumer electronics, or fast-moving consumer goods industries is preferred.
  • English can be used as working language.
