Job Description:

  • Manage development processes and facilitate Agile/SAFe ceremonies within product/dealer teams, while monitoring performance metrics (velocity, burn-down, etc.).
  • Remove impediments, resolve dependencies, and enhance team productivity through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders (Product Owner, IT, Security, Architecture, Infrastructure, etc.).
  • Analyze business initiatives, convert them into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and user acceptance criteria.
  • Define and document product specifications, including product features, flows, digital screen design, cost-benefit analysis, and benchmarking with competitors.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to review and approve prototypes, FSD, SIT, and UAT scripts, ensuring alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.
  • Lead digital product development lifecycle from inception to production, overseeing vendor management, integration flow, and successful product delivery.
  • Validate test plans/scripts, assist business users during UAT, and ensure smooth production preparation and sign-off.
  • Conduct pitching sessions, needs analysis, and contract negotiations to align IT solutions.
  • Support post-launch product stability, provide problem-solving assistance to customer care/branches, and maintain up-to-date knowledge bases and documentation.
  • Drive business growth by identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities, while ensuring long-term client satisfaction and SLA performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • 3-6 years experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Specialist, with experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Experience in a leadership role, preferably with background in software development as Developer/Programmer.
  • Background developer is a must.
  • Experience delivery project using agile (scrum) is must.
  • Strong exposure to Open API and Banking Industry is more advantage.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written).
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and high adaptability with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Skilled in requirement gathering, user story creation, and documentation (BRD, FSD, diagrams, prototypes).
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum/SAFe methodology, backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, and project delivery.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, customer behavior analysis, and benchmarking for product improvement.
