Requirements:

  • Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with Ms. Office.

Job Description:

  • Support the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial interviews or phone screenings when needed.
  • Create, update, and publish job postings across multiple platforms.
  • Maintain and organize the candidate database to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
