We're looking for a Finance Operations to support our operational and financial activities — including end-to-end
purchasing/procurement
and vendor management.

  • Maintain and update daily financial records, including journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Perform bank reconciliations, handle payroll preparation, and review reimbursement processes.
  • Track and calculate project costs, assist in financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annual), and support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Manage end-to-end purchasing processes: sourcing vendors, requesting quotations, comparing costs, negotiating terms, and confirming delivery schedules.
  • Communicate directly with vendors to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with company requirements.
  • Maintain organized documentation for both financial and purchasing transactions.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Domicile in Yogyakarta or nearby.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role with direct hands-on experience in purchasing or procurement.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills — must be comfortable liaising and negotiating directly with suppliers.
  • Solid understanding of financial administration and purchasing procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Conversational level of English proficiency.
